Velvet Teardrop with Tassel ~ I have only one of these left. One in navy with a navy tassel. Teardrops are a variation of the beret. The top piece is in the shape of a teardrop, thus the name. These are a fun little hat with a tassel on the tail that can be worn in the back or off to one side. This is the same velvet I use for the velvet berets.  These hats went to a few shows and never made it out of the box.
