This little pillbox type hat is the warmest one I make. These are dressy and still keep your ears warm. The base of the hat is two layers of 200 weight fleece. When rolled, there are 4 layers over the ears. This hat can be rolled up higher or pulled down further over the ears. Most of these hats have a strip of some kind of braid, usually gimp. This limits the stretch to some extent. Due to the loft of the four layers they still fit most heads. You will see a few hats with no braid. These will have more stretch for larger heads. I can also make custom hats in most colors you see here.
