Blue Heather Wide Brim Hat with black band. The jewel on this hat was once a fancy vintage belt buckle. The rhinestones are clear and red set in triangular settings. This flashy but elegant wide brim really makes a statement. The brim hats have a flexible wire brim that allows them to be shaped to suit your mood.
