Black with Black Glitter Velvet Button Lid ~ SALE~ This band overlaps itself in a retro style pillbox hat. This whimsical glitter velvet band is trimmed with 1/4 inch snail guimp and a black facetted Czech  button. I have several of these. They landed in the sale bin because people didn't seem to like this velvet as well as I did. Single layer of  fleece with a second layer of velvet and fleece on the cuff to keep your ears warm. This is a cute little pillbox for every day or stepping out. Made from 200 weight polar fleece from Malden Mills.
