Velvet Berets These are made of the same four way stretch velvet I use on my brim bands. It is 90% polyester and 10% spandex and it has tons of stretch. These are the same cut as the fleece berets but they are much thinner and have more drape. I have sold a lot of these to chemo patients. They are very soft and smooth on the inside. All the seams are serged. These are not a very warm hat, they are not lined. But they will keep the draft off if you have thin hair or if you just want an accessory.
